JUDGES AS TERRORIST A judge who becomes oblivious to the values of justice, and devalues his/her position as an impartial arbiter of fact must be treated with utter contempt. When judges become obsessed by mutual crony politicians, and go along with corrupt actions and decisions, TERROR LURKS IN THE BALANCE. Therefore, when a judge commits “fraud upon the court”, and makes obvious decisions contrary to law and ethics, good people will cringe having to go to court. No feeling like it !!! As Terror by the Courts and Judicial Collapse In West Virginia. Some courts have found that defining a terrorist act as being committed for “political’ reasons. This also applies to judges who submit to political pressures or align themselves with very political enemies of society…… Other lifetime politicians or cronies. Although our legal system is the envy of much of the world, we hear much criticism in our own State and Counties of judges who after being on the bench and behind the gavel far too long, become the very Terrorist of our Judicial System. JUDICIAL INVESTIGATION COMMISSIONS Even where the commissions investigate the complaints against the judges, far too often, most of them results in what is a “private disposition”. In a private disposition the names of the judges and parties and the case numbers are kept confidential. Only the nature of the improper behavior is disclosed in a most abbreviated form. Most of these private sanctions attempt to preserve the courtroom decorum. It is evident that it is not intended to punish the judge even when the evidence is overwhelming in nature and so obvious as to the actual crimes so committed.
