No, it condemns the critical unloving, censorious attitude which leads us to make unjust, rash and censorious judgement on someone.What is condemned is the unloving spirit in which we make the judgements,which will come back upon us with equal severity on the Day of judgement if we are guilty of these same sins.Jesus condemns hypocritical judgement where we are guilty of the sins we condemn in others.At the same time we have an obligation to lovingly confront a fellow Christian in sin and seek to lead that person to repentance.James 5:20"
