JUDICAIL VERDICT OF INNOCENSE OF Z.A BHUTTO In the murder case against Bhutto he was held guilty; but later, in the Railway Station Bomb Case against him (partly heard by myself and decided by a different judge) it was held that the latter case was brought to hang as a sword of Damocles over heads of the confessing accused and keep them stuck to the confessions. If somebody is earnestly interested in finding out the whole truth he should read judgment of the bomb case and also notes of the investigating officer which crystallize that real object of reviving both cases (earlier found false) was to hang Bhutto by hook or crook without caring for fate of his co-accused in both cases.
