JULIUS LOOKING FOR A HOUSE TO RENT IN CAPE TOWN Just keeping an eye on EFF to see that they practise what they preach. Julius needs accommodation in Cape Town. He has 2 options: 1. MPs can rent accommodation in the parliamentary complex, in Cape Town, for R187.00 per month. This is for a 3 bed roomed unit and is a benefit available to you as an MP (anonymous MP). 2. Julius wants his own 3 bed roomed house. Lola Kramer Estate Agents showed him a house in expensive, upmarket Camps Bay (R25 000.00 per month). This was not good enough. He wants the Estate Agent to show him a unit on the Waterfront Canals which go for around R40 000.00 per month. I suppose if he is earning R1,05 million a year (R87 500.00 per month) he deserves to stay where the rich and famous do? Your views?
