JULY 18 CHECK IN!! Thinking I will take a day off from BJJ today since all of my limbs are feeling a little weak and stringy... Today will be a good day for me to get back to PiYo though!! I decided this morning that I really want to work and train towards hitting my real weight goal. I tend to set lots of mini-goals and focus on those and forget about my big picture goal. I think I do that as a safety net so I dont feel so bad if I dont get there. But I have to remind myself that if I dont have a goal I wont work as hard. Whats the point? So as of this morning Im working hard to get STRONGER and ultimately lose the weight to hit my goal, which is about 17 lbs. I put this out in the universe for accountability... Trying to hit Featherweight. ;) Keep me motivated - am I the only one working out? If I know youre killing it too Ill be more likely to follow suit and get off my bum! ;) DO IT!! And TELL ME!
