JUMP! is hiring! We are seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to join our operational hub located in Bangkok! The Marketing and Communications Manager will be responsible for supporting the expansion and evolution of the JUMP! brand through a variety of platforms and mediums. Effective internal and external communication with JUMP!’s diverse global community requires consistent, varied, and engaging content. A successful candidate will demonstrate an aptitude for creative problem solving, relevant experience, and a passion for youth development, experiential education, and collaboration. This role would suit those with 2+ years of marketing or public relations experience. He/she will also occasionally act as a JUMP! Facilitator. Our team of JUMP! Facilitators deliver youth-focused programs that spark personal development, strengthen a sense of community, and increase global awareness within participants. We are looking for someone who loves a challenge, is fun-loving and hard-working, is interested in learning about other cultures, enjoys collaboration and working as part of a small team, and is eager to be a part of our close-knit community.
