JUNIOR RECRUITER/OFFICE ASSISTANT Junior Recruiter/Office Assistant will be responsible for sourcing, identifying and screening qualified candidates for various positions within the medical center as well as various HR and general office projects. Specific responsibilities include: 1. Posting job ads and utilizing other sourcing techniques. 2. Making high volume of daily outgoing calls to source candidates 3. Participating in job fairs and campus recruitment 4. Conducting phone interviews and scheduling face-to face interviews 5. Conducting applicant testing – Typing, Word & Excel, etc. 6. Conducting background checks 7. Creating and maintaining recruitment reports. 8. Taking minutes at Recruitment and Executive Meetings 9. Typing correspondence 10. Working on various HR and general projects. REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum two years of recruitment or sales experience - Strong Word and Excel skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize duties. - Ability to work productively in a busy work environment. - Proven ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information. - Ability to be a team player and take initiative. - Ability to model a positive attitude and stimulate a positive work environment by behaving and communicating in a professional manner.
