There can be many hurdles in having a dog be a family member and sadly, a difficult insurance company can be an insurmountable hurdle. 9 month old Niko was surrendered when the family’s insurance company refused to issue a policy based on his looks, what they thought his breed was, and whatever reason they came up with. And is this boy a looker! Handsome, friendly, playful—Niko lived in harmony with kids, is housebroken, knows commands and had regular routine vet care. Of course, now he’s caught a shelter cold so ACC has put him on tomorrow’s euthanasia list. Tonight, Niko needs a special someone who is ready for a gorgeous, happy, delightful pup—take a look at his videos and you’ll see an enthusiastic pup who no doubt misses his family. If you think that Niko could join your family, step up to foster or adopt Niko. But do it quick-tomorrow, ACC won’t delay one minute in making him gone forever.
