JUST ARRIVED AT THE MONTECITO PET SHOP! “Elliot” sat in a volunteer’s lap all the way to RESQCATS from his foster home! He rolled from side to side to make sure his entire belly was pet. He loves kisses and snuggles. He is as lovable as kittens come! So for those buff tabby kitten lovers who dream of a lap kitten who is also out-going, playful and goes nuts over foil crinkle balls…this is YOUR little guy! Elliot was found at only three weeks old by himself. No one knows what happened to his mom or if he had other siblings. Thankfully, someone picked him up and saved his life. He went into foster care where he was bottle-fed and weaned until he was old enough to go through the RESQCATS medical protocol and be ready for adoption. Once he was all checked out he joined five other kittens so he would have company and he loved it. Two of them are available for adoption, too…so maybe he could have a buddy! (Check out Carlson and Crosby when you go to meet him!) Elliot would love to go home and have his very own lap and new crinkle balls. He had a vet exam, fecal exam, his test for Felv/FIV was negative, he has been wormed, received his first FVRCP vaccination and is neutered and micro-chipped. He is available for adoption through RESQCATS at The Montecito Pet Shop on the Mesa (next to Albertson’s) at 2020 Cliff Drive. The number for the shop is 965-6780. RESQCATS is a non-profit organization and we need every dollar of you adoption donation to go to the cats so we accept cash or a check…no credit card fees for us! Don’t wait on this one…I am not kidding. He IS exceptional!
