JUST BECAUSE... just because your mommy and daddy told you the fairy tales… that there is a ghost in the sky does not mean he does, that a Bedouin rode into sky on a white horse to meet his deity, and split the moon do not mean he did, that the monkey god flew into sky over north India and brought back mount Everest in his hands do not mean he did, that a guy was born of a virgin and came back to life after death do not mean he did, that a guy split the red sea, and turned stick into snake do not mean he did. your parents passed on to you the mythical stories that they heard from their parents without questioning their validity and without using critical thinking to analyze these absurd claims. you my friends, should do a better job and teach your children to think critically, rationally and scientifically. do your part to make this world a better place and get rid of the curse of religion.
