JUST-IN: Just filed a multi-million dollar law suit against a reputable Baltimore funeral home and cemetery for wrongfully exhuming/disinterring Client’s mother from the grave without notice or lawful authority, then losing her! Client offered $5k (the funeral cost $5,300+) and a make-shift memorial to settle claim; when rejected, insurance carrier offered $10k. I’m irritated that they’ve placed so little value on something so sacred and treated Client’s claim as if it was a low-impact car collision/fender-bender or something. Client is severely emotionally distressed by the outrageousness of funeral home’s and cemetery’s reckless conduct; he was his mother’s sole care-giver up to the point of her untimely death. Ironically, not much compassion has been offered by a company that built its reputation on ‘compassion and commitment’ for over 40 years. However, where there’s smoke, there’s fire. If youve had a close family funeralized by March Funeral Home anywhere up and down the eastern regional seaboard, or relatives buried at King Memorial Park Cemetery, please go check on them. If they’re not there, if they’ve been moved, if their grave markers have been disturbed, removed, or something doesn’t seem right, give me a call at 4103324121 or inbox me.
