JUST NUISANCE? NO, HES DEAD! THIS IS A MENACE! WARNING TO RESIDENTS IN THE AREA! Apparently there is a light skinned lad (not clear yet if he is White or Coloured) who, for some reason, has reportedly decided to harass and intimate particularly young black women on Lategan Street in Hunters Retreat (Rowallan Park 2, Port Elizabeth see map). According to one would-be-victim this afternoon, the modus operandi involves the lad racing down the street in an old reworked Nissan bakkie with oversized wheels, then get off the street to drive slowly and then fast quite close to the young women on the opposite side! This afternoon while about it, he reportedly collected part of someones yard, almost wrecking part of the driveway to the house. Without doubt I am going to check on this and capture any of it where possible for future use, against him naturally!
