JUST RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING REVIEW ON TRIP ADVISOR ... Chef Paul is beyond insulted to say the least! “Over priced for actual quality: Buyer Beware” This establishment relies on atmosphere to cover the use of so many processed ingrediants they use as shortcuts on the menu.. too many outrageous shortcuts to list here.. They do not have integrity if they are willing to bamboozle the guest with shortcuts and lies about what is actually being consumed by the guest... It is unprofessional and doing no guest a service, especially at the prices.. _____________________________ We never respond to reviews, but this one is a direct insult to Chef Pauls life .... everything he has worked for. What follows is his response ... keep an eye out for it on Trop Advisor in the coming days. I apologize that you had a less than positive experience at my restaurant. I invite you to join me in my kitchen 8:00 Tuesday morning and work with me preparing and then serving the menu until 10:00 Tuesday night. And then come again on Wednesday and Thursday when we get to do it all again. On Friday and Saturday, were going to go hard until 11:30 pm. And then, guess what? On Sunday and Monday, Im on the boat just so I can do this all over again. Know your facts ... I live mine.
