JUSTICE FOR NIDO I believed in India. And i believed that all Indians are bros & sisters and i also believed that every inch of land in India, mainland or hinterland, is India and every man who lives in every part of India is Indian. Nido Tania is Indian by birth & right(s). He is Indian. Period. He also believed that he is but he doesnt look like one. Like me hed been taught from high school text-book that all Indians are bros & sisters. Is that true? Do we get to choose our face/ appearance? Even a kinder-garten knows that. He went to Lajpat Nagar with his friends like one does in ones own free & democratic country. The locals, those who thinks they are more Indians- the bonafide Indians, than any other Indians, but racist & uneducated to the core tried to take advantage of his strange looks & ridiculed him. Like any Indian should do; with head held high, he protest to keep his honour. But what did he gets in return for his bravery? They beat her like an animal. The police, who thinks Nido is a foreigner too, came to the rescue & took him away... Just to bring him back minutes later & left hapless but brave Nido into the dens of death. They were smiling at him, once again they beat him like an animal until he breathe his last. For justice; justice for Nido, we must go to Lajpat Nagar. Let em know that they should go back to school & do their home-work: read High School text-book that India is a land of diversity & North-East is an integral part of India & that all Indians are bros & sisters. -N.
