JUst watching channel 9 at 10:00 tonight....I saw the aftermath....as I was coming home from work down PCH, we saw multiple ambulances, fire perimedics and police...at intersection of vincent and So. PCH....a female driver in a white car ran a red light and hit 12+ pedestrians coming out of St. Vincent Christmas program.. crossing the crosswalk ...then went on to hit head on with an oncoming car going south on PCH....multiple injuries and one reported fatality....The part of PCH from Diamond to Emerald....(my corner) is still blocked off and the investigation is ongoing....oh how AWFUL The driver was arrested for suspected DUI
