The Directorate of Town & Country Planning has directed Vatika Ltd. to give its comments on a complaint of forcing the buyers for taking possession without OC/CC in Vatika India Next in Sector 81, 82, 82A, 83 to 85 Gurgaon. In its letter dated 20.10.14. Company has been directed to send comments within 15 days from the issuance of this letter, positively. Scan copy of the letter shall be posted later in the day. The action has been taken on a complaint filed by the NCR Property Buyers’ Association to the Deptt. of Town & Country Planning. After filling the complaint, Association asked for the action taken report on the complaint by filling the RTI application. Buyers of flats who have been forced to take possession without OC/CC and even to file a declaration cum undertaking may send their complaints along with documents to the Director, Town & Country Planning, Sector SCO No. 71-71, Sector 17C, Chandigarh-160017. They may mail copy of their complaint to the Association on . Documents may consist copies of the letter and emails saying in case of failure to take possession, allotment may be cancelled or penalty and holding charges etc. can be imposed. I appeal buyers to become member of the Association to strengthen it. For this, they should deposit Rs. 2,000/- directly in Axis Bank anywhere in India. After depositing, they should send a mail on the Association email mention their name, contact details and their complaint with the builder for advice on the further course of action.
