Jack Burkman has elevated in his mind, a City Policy to a place on the city charter, elevated the charter to having the force of the Washington State Constitution and determined he "was only following orders" when he voted against the citizens right to vote and be heard on the CRC, and "was only following orders" again when he vote to remove Jeanne E Stewart as a City Representative to the C-Tran Board. What ever happened to doing the right thing Jack? And if you think doing the right thing involves deceiving the citizens, or offering to increase our taxes less, is the right thing then I would suggest your moral compass is badly misaligned, and maybe beyond repair.
