Jack Osborne Smith was born on September 3, 1930 in Binger, OK to Jennings Bryan and Nannie Mae (Gregory) Smith. He passed away on July 12, 2013 at his home Binger, OK at the age of 82. Jack served in the US Navy during the Korean War. He married Joyce Sharp on July 22, 1950 in Portales, NM. She preceded him in death on October 29, 2011 in Norman, OK. Jack lived in Oney and later in Anadarko. He farmed and owned and operated Lacey Pioneer Abstract Company. Jack married Wilma (Tackett) Pack on September 1, 2012. He served on the Oney School Board for 10 years. Jack was a member of the Caddo County Golf and Country Club as well as the Oney Christian Church. He enjoyed playing cards, golfing, bowling, fishing, dominoes, and loved reading. Survivors Include: Wife; Wilma Pack Smith of Oney, OK, 5 Children; Donna Willits of Branson, MO, Peggy Lee and husband Mick of Anadarko, OK, Teresa Green and husband Dennis of Ft. Cobb, OK, Jack Smith of Los Colinas, TX, and Ron Smith and wife Kris of Meade, OK, 5 Step-children; Dean Pack and wife Debbie of Oney, OK, Kenneth Pack and wife Jackie of Gracemont, OK, David Pack and wife Rhonda of Oney, OK, Clint Pack and wife Phyllis of Oney, OK and Shanon Pack and wife Staci of Hinton, OK, a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren, 2 Sisters; Betty Tidwell and husband Paul of Oney, OK, Carolyn Johnson of Yukon, OK, Brother; Stephen Smith and wife Biddie of OKC, OK, many nieces and nephews, Sister-in-law; Frankie Sharp of Oney, OK and very special friend Pat Walker. She was preceded in death his parents Jennings and Nannie Smith, first wife; Joyce Smith, siblings; Joyce Green, Gerald “Son” Smith, Wayne Smith, Gary Smith, George “Pat” Smith, Brother-in-law; Alvin Sharp and two grandchildren.
