Jai Ho For all round development, it is important that very rupee is utilized properly & constructively. Late Mr. Rajiv Gandhis words are apt today. With rampant corruption, not even 10% is likely to be utilized on development works. AK is honestly targeting at least reduction in corruption. In this scenario, even if utilization goes up to say 40%, you and me will be saved lots by way of heavy dose of taxation. The money can be better utilized in modernization of Armed Forces, Healthcare, Education, Roads & Highways, Railways etc. It is common knowledge that how the loan waivers, NAREGA etc. funds are getting misappropriated. No law can ensure 100% transparency. This has to come from within. Arvind Kejriwal and Aam Aadmi Party have shown promise and proved that they are not after crown or ministries. In the past also, minority governments did not survive for long. It was too much to expect from Kejriwal to run a Government for 5 years with hostilities and with 43 MLAs ready to pounce on him. This is borne out of the fact that AAP could not legislate any business. They could only try to reduce the burden on the people of Delhi. They tried to instill a fear in people indulging in corruption. We need to have a cultural change when a corruption free India becomes a way of life.
