Jakes story touched our hearts, not just because he is an amazing fighter, but also because his disease process has been similar to Sammys. Please pray for this sweet boy and his family as Jake was sent home on hospice. Also, please consider liking his page and sending a note of support. Watching another family face this unthinkable circumstance, it is so terribly painful. We are sending so much love and so many prayers to Jake and his family and friends.
