James 5:16-20 says “Therefore, confess your sins to one another - TopicsExpress

James 5:16-20 says “Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working. Elijah was a man with a nature like ours, and he prayed fervently that it might not rain, and for three years and six months it did not rain on the earth. Then he prayed again, and heaven gave rain, and the earth bore its fruit. My brothers, if anyone among you wanders from the truth and someone brings him back, let him know that whoever brings back a sinner from his wandering will save his soul from death and will cover a multitude of sins.” As followers of Christ, we are to be understanding, forgiving, and accepting of others. Many of us push others away because of a sin we see in their lives when more times than not, we have the same sin in our own life! When we do this, we miss out on massive amounts of opportunities to witness and spread God’s Word to the people that need it the most! Before you make an assumption or judgment on how someone else is living, examine your own life first! When we focus on other’s problems or issues, we become blinded to our own. The best way to show people how to live correctly is to display it through your own life. Have a great day living for Christ! Happy Friday everyone!!!
