James 5:7-8 Be patient, then, brothers and sisters, until the Lord’s coming. See how the farmer waits for the land to yield its valuable crop, patiently waiting for the autumn and spring rains. You too, be patient and stand firm, because the Lord’s coming is near. God often does His most profound work through the difficult seasons of our lives. If you embrace the tough times and ask God to teach you what He wants you to know, He will give you the patience and strength to endure. This is no time for weak-hearted Christians who complain and grumble in today’s world. The Word of God challenges you to develop an attitude of courage, firmness, and confidence in the God you serve. Stand firm, assured of His faithfulness.
