James Bearb has partnered with three internationally accredited talent agents to bring forward a new Management company focused on elite individuals from the Gulf South market and currently looking to manage the region’s top 15 talent to be represented in Canada, the United States and Central America. (Multilingual candidates are preferred, particularly interested in those who speak fluent English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese). James Bearb will only be taking on 15 clients and you MUST meet all of the below requirements to be considered, the deadline to submit is 2/14/14. You must meet all of the following requirements for consideration: 1.) You must be a current SAG-AFTRA member in good standing. 2.) You must not currently be obligated to any Manager or Agent and/or be willing to separate from your current Manager and/or Agent by 3/1/14. All contracts will be finalized and Management will begin on 3/1/14. Initial contract is for one year, however you may be removed from the roster at any time for any reason. 3.) You must have a minimum of three speaking roles previously in three separate SAG-AFTRA projects. (May consider other strong Actors as long as you have a minimum of one big credit and are a Union member in good standing). 4.) You MUST have a well edited Demo Reel showcasing your previous work. 5.) You MUST have current head shots and be able to provide accurate photos of yourself. 6.) You must reside in Texas, Louisiana, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi or Alabama and be willing to follow all rules, guidelines and laws bound by the state of Louisiana and SAG-AFTRA. 7.) You must be willing to travel for work as you will have three separate agents, one representing you in each market (Canada, United States and Central America). Explain your most recent Agency/Management representation and why they have not been working out for you. 7.) Send a link to your Demo Reel There are very strict rules and guidelines to be represented by this boutique management company which will only be representing 15 talent. You are required to work a minimum of three times per year and required to take all recommended work from your Manager (James Bearb will choose the best work opportunities for you in agreement with your Canadian, United States and Central American Agents). 25% of your pay will be deducted (standard 15% for management and 10% for agency). All payments and residual payments must go through your Management Company (this includes any residuals received after 3/1/14). You will be contacted by 2/21/14 if you are selected.
