The character who is both the most brilliant and indeed the most controversial, is the feared foul mouthed Task Enforcer of the Prime Minister, Malcolm Tucker. Just to put it this way, Malcolm Tucker is a cross between Frank Underwood from House of Cards and Ari Gold from HBOs Entourage with a Scottish accent.
