James Messengers tales of the East... Day one. Litre of brandy at the airport = Dave puking on the plane, later in the morning, at the hostel...and in bed. The shit thing was we were in bunk beds with me on the bottom. I got splashed liberally. I did give him one of my prawns from dinner, hopefully he didnt get the dodge one. Im not sore about it. But all is well, nice shower, not too cold at all. In fact feels warmer than home. The promoter seems nice guy. Were going to have a few hours around Kiev. Im outside having a fag, watching a cat trying to catch birds. The leaves are yellow and on the floor. We have to sound check at five! Always early but there you go. Our flight to Moscow is 6 in the morning and we have to leave here at 4. It could be a messy day. Hope all is well. More when the chance presents itself. James
