James Srodes in Washington tells us that Brazil, Russia, China, India, and others (Iran, Indonesia, South Africa, South Korea) have already formed two development banks as alternatives to the crooked american-euro banks and the next rational step is to make business using a different reserve currency that is not the dollar, causing a paradigm-shift. Call it a vote of no confidence to American and European banking and the accompanying national economic politics, such as sanctions.
