James strongly encourages all of the pastors to remember the scripture in I Peter 5:1-3 when it reads, The elders which are among you I exhort, who am also an elder, and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that shall be revealed: Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind; Neither as being lords over Gods heritage, but being examples to the flock. Ladies and gentlemen, this is one of the principles of the responsiblites for pastors to be effective leaders in the pastoral ministry ordained by the Lord. We also encourage the pastors to take the time to know the sheep they have been entrusted to advise, counsel, lead, protect and pray as the shepherd over the Lords people. As a pastor, you need to always remember the people belong to the Lord. We truly appreciate your support at this time. Thank you for your love, prayers and support around the world.
