Jamie Rickard weight loss blog week 9 Sorry about taking three weeks to post. I could say I was very busy or life got in the way but, no just lazy. Well now over all the progress is still very good I weighed in today at 190.6, that’s 16lbs lights than when I started! A couple of week ago I noticed something odd. I had an ok week, nothing too bad but I did eat out twice over the weekend. So when I weighed myself the following Tuesday I had gained two pounds! WHAT two pounds from eating out twice! I was a little bummed and resolved to do better in the following week. Well that day I seemed to be running back and forth to the washroom a lot, it seemed like I always had to pee (hang on you will see where I’m going with this). Well the next day I decided to weigh myself again just to see (I don’t normally weight myself between weigh-ins) and I was 3.5 pounds lighter than yesterday! 3.5 pounds in one day? Yes I did in fact loose that much in one day. The restaurant food I ate was likely highly salted making me retain all that water I was drinking. When I ate normally I lost all the access water. So take note never have a salty meal a day or two before your weigh-in it will likely give you a false reading. Only 5 more pounds for me, I’m really hoping to be under the 190 mark in one week’s time. I’ll let you know. If it works for me it will work for you, get the help you need and want. Jamie
