Jammu - Srinagar National Highway closed for traffic Heavy snowfall in many areas,electricity snaps Jammu Srinagar national Highway has been closed by authorities for traffic due heavy snowfall at patnitop and Jawahar Tunel. Officials sources told that highway has been closed for all kinds of trafic. Reports reached to INB news that nearly one ft snow has reportedly accumilated at ski resort of gulmarg. The snowfall still continues. Eye witnesses told that electricity supply was snaped overnight whereas roads also had been closed down for the night. Meanwhile Asst. Director Tourism Mr Faheem told that electricity would be restored in a couple of hours. He further said that no vehicle without chains would be allowed to move towards the ski resort from Gulmarg
