Jammu, Dec 2 : Most of the valley is witnessing Mufti wave in the same fashion as rest of the country saw the Modi wave. Tral in Pulwama district believed to be a hot bed of militancy is also under severe grip of Mufti wave. The people are expected to vote for change as most of them believe that the ruling NC-Congress coalition has ignored the area. If sources are to be believed, the voters of Tral constituency have almost decided to re-elect the candidate. A triangular contest in between National Conference, Congress and PDP although the BJP has fielded a Sikh candidate. The constituency is a very sensitive and militant infested area. The BJP candidate is not a potential candidate who can fight Mushtaq Shah of PDP though there is sizable presence of Sikh voters in the area and can be deciding factor if boycott call works in that constituency. The PDP candidate Mushtaq Ahmed talking to early times said that this time it will be PDP led government in any case as people want change. He further said that people recall governance of PDP led coalition government in 2002 and the way Mufti Mohammad Sayeed delivered, everyone appreciated his way of work.He said that Kashmiri pandit migrant population which is very considerable in the area will be a deciding factor and BJP has fielded an outsider, so he is no way in competition. The Congress and National Conference candidates, it is believed will not put any resistance to PDP. As per the information available with early times, majority of Sikh population will vote in favour of PDP candidate thus making the BJP candidate irrelevant. Massive polling is also expected to help the PDP.
