Jan Shares- Yay!!!! My hubby has finally agreed to share his Plexus Testimony! I am so proud of him and how far he has come! It took him longer to see the scale victories because, honestly, his body had a lot of healing to do first. His blood pressure, cholesterol and liver enzymes are all down and at normal levels for the first time in YEARS! That my friends makes this wife SO happy and thankful for what Plexus has done for my husband. It is icing on the cake that he just happens to look absolutely amazing! Daniel shares: Since I can remember, I’ve always been a “heavier” than most of the people around me. From about the age of 7, I’ve been sensitive about my weight. Having to endure all the painful comments from my family, mentors, and peers during adolescence, I set out long ago to do everything in my power from carrying around the extra pounds. By the time I was 15 or 16, it naturally went away, only to return in my late 20s – with a vengeance. I incorporated a lean diet and intensive workout regimen which saved myself a few pounds – but time was not my friend. At 6’2”, my normal body weight should be around 210-220. While my kids were younger in my 30s, I had ballooned up to 270 when my routines went out the window (babies will do that lol). As they got older and I neared my 40s, I intensified my workouts trying to get anywhere near my normal weight. For years I jogged 5 miles, usually 4-5 days a week and incorporated weight resistance about 3 days a week but could only get down to 240. I remember last summer running 5 miles in the middle of the day (100+ degree Texas heat) for 5 days in a row to see if I could break 240 with no avail. After that, I resigned myself to the fact that I was just going to have to get used to always being 20-30 lbs overweight - until last fall, when my beautiful wife Jana experienced some success after the birth of our son Jack with a little product called Plexus Slim. When she first started taking it I refused to listen. Real men worked out if they wanted to lose weight – but then I saw her shed over 30 pounds in about 3-4 months right before my eyes. I figured I’d fall back on something my drill instructor told me long ago in basic training, “Work smarter, not harder.” I began drinking Plexus once a day, in the morning. I made the mistake of weighing myself almost immediately but Jan got on my case for that. She said to measure my waist line instead – because Plexus targets fat, not muscle, and it won’t show up on the scale right away. After about 6 weeks, I went from a waist line of about 44 inches to 43. Then 42.5. As the months went by, I continued my workouts and drank my Plexus every day; careful to drink plenty of water and still eat responsibly. 8 months later, I cannot wear the same jeans I wore last summer - they’re too loose. I’m down 4 inches in my waist and weigh in at 225 lbs. In my humble opinion, I look and feel awesome. I was also able to get out of the danger area for high blood pressure. For years my doctors told me I was borderline and probably needed HBP medication. During my last Dr’s appointment after starting Plexus, and subsequent checks in between, I don’t have any issues there anymore either. With the extra energy Plexus provides, I also don’t need to take naps every afternoon like I used to. The day I made up my mind to try something different and incorporate Plexus into my wellness routine is literally a watershed moment for me. There is the time before Plexus, and the time after. — For more information please message me!
