Jan13 Dear God, Mk1:21-28 Lord, You speak with authority and wisdom that even the unclean spirits acknowledge You as the Holy One of God! When one speaks with authority, he/she is not only obeyed because of his/ her position. One must LIVE and act the position. Authority implies, giving inspiration, wisdom progress, and fullness to others. One must deserve the authority. Lord, many times we command for the wrong reasons. Our manner of life or the way we deal with people is the best source of authority. Lord, many of us are like the unclean spirit who acknowledges Your authority but do not obey Your will. Going to mass on Sundays is not enough. We ought to live the love that You teach us to practice in everyday living. Then and only then will we be cleansed of the evil in us. AMEN!
