Janna wants to share this: Many of you have asked exactly what Ive been doing and how I started so I thought Id tell you. I started by cutting out all sugar and pop. I cut one thing out of my diet every week until eventually I didnt eat any junk anymore. I do low-carb. Lots of protein, veggies, eggs, nuts, and occasionally fruit and oatmeal. No processed, boxed foods, white bread or white potatoes. I added the Skinny Fiber when I was having trouble sticking to it and Im so glad I did! It has taken away my cravings for junk almost completely and I get fuller a lot faster so I dont overeat. I also drink around 100 oz of water a day and workout 30-60 minutes 4-5 days a week. Im ending my 15th week and Im down 30 lbs and 10 inches off my waist alone, and 62 1/2 inches all over my whole body. Ive went from a tight size 22 and Im really close to being a solid size 16. My goal is to get to at least under 200 lbs and a size 10/12. Im 59, so I can weight a little more than the average woman and look smaller.
