January 11th is a day I will never forget. Two years ago today we lost one of the strongest women I know. Her strength and love of family runs through my veins. Her love for backing and cooking influenced my novice talent. She was not only my grandmother but the woman that brought me into this world. She helped me to take my first breathe when I was born in a very unconventional way. A bond stronger then you could ever imagine. My heart hurts that I cant call you or hear you say that youre proud of me. A woman that molded my family values, morals, and helped to make me the woman I am today. I am forever grateful for the memories of our love. A woman that would walk through fire for her family. You are missed every single day. Please continue to watch over our family and know that you inspire me to be the best person I can be. We love you and we will all try our best to keep you proud of all of us.
