January 1st is coming, and I would like to encourage you to consider the word RESOLUTION. The definition states that it is a firm decision to do or not do something, accompanied by acronyms like intention, resolve and plan. The key words here amount to a lot of conversation, and no ACTION. Sustainable change is not about deciding to do something. Its about actually DOING it. So if youre tired of starting over, make 2015 your year for action. Put your head down and work for it for a solid 2 months. Dont look up to measure, weigh, analyze or question anything. Just do the work and youll be surprised how far that act alone will take you.
