January 26, 2015 ANNOUNCEMENT OF VACANCY Part-time Program Assistant- AmeriCorps RATE OF PAY:$12.34 per hour HOURS:24 hours per week LOCATION:South Walton Campus Duties and Responsibilities • Provides technical assistance to AmeriCorps members at service sites. • Collects documentation from partnering agencies. • Maintains member and program records and files for compliance with provisions, regulations, and quality assurance. • Processes documents for health and child care benefits. • Schedules trainings, meetings, and maintains AmeriCorps program calendars. • Completes data entry. • Tracks members’ progress toward service hour completion. • Assists with recruitment and selections process of AmeriCorps. • Submits budget requisitions and disbursements as needed. • Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications • Associate’s Degree strongly preferred. • Experience with Community Service Learning programs. • Strong oral and written communications skills; computer literacy required. • Ability to work in a team setting. • Available to work on occasional evenings and weekends in support of the program.
