January #ACROVINYASA Challenge DAY 12: Crow - Spotting BASE: From Child’s Pose, begin to bend your knees and present your hands in order to catch flyer’s shoulders. Once you are supporting the shoulders, bring your knees in towards your chest. Maintain straight and strong arms as you hold your flyer. FLYER: As base begins to bend their legs, maintain your grip on the shins. Tip your weight forward until your shoulders land in base’s hands. Press firmly into the shin bones and engage your core. Remove one leg at a time from the feet and place your knees on the outside of the arm, just above the elbow. Squeeze everything into the midline. SPOTTER: Stand alongside flyer facing towards flyers back in a comfortable but alert stance with hands around the hips. Check for alignment, be the voice of communication and bring flyer and base back into balance when necessary.
