January Programming This month were taking a trip down memory lane as we complete all of the workouts from the 2011-2014 CrossFit Opens! Those of you who have participated in The Open in years past will be able to compare previous scores and see your progress. Those who are experiencing The Open workouts for the first time should be prepared for one of the toughest most beneficial months of your fitness career. The end of our Wendler Strength Program is this Wednesday where well test a new 1RM Snatch. Its been amazing to see the PRs from so many people on their Back Squat, Press, and Deadlifts this past week! Januarys Strength/Skill work is an adaptation of some of my favorite programs for building strength, power, and overall athleticism. This 5 week program will start on Monday, January 12th and youll be able to see the full details of whats in store on the whiteboard by the end of this week at each location.
