January first to January third: Im thankful and blessed because of all the awesome people God has placed in my life to walk this journey feeling and knowing that Im loved, one a package from my sister Deb McCullar , my sister Lorie Rogers who blesses me in ways she doesnt even realize, conersations with my daughter Sara North, Jamie Hurst, Heather Nance (and a delicious new Mexican food that became todays breakfast because I have strange breakfast choices), gingerbread cookies and a box to do together from Robbyn Wilson, quiet time with the Lord each morning and a gratitude journal I fill out each night (thanks to brother Craig Peevyhouse), visits from people I never expected, an awesome sister in law Janice North, for reconnecting with old friends like, Annie Genes Matthews, Rebecca Mcswain to just name one of many, applying to do school on line in case I cant physically work maybe I can learn something to do from home ( Im not dead yet), phone calls with my mom, my sister Sandra Carlisle Van Arkel (who would relocate to tn just because she loves me), a few very true friends that havent missed a day just checking on me, Jeanne O Daniel, Jennifer Beckwith, Jana Anne Burks, my daughter in law Nikki Lee Ann Webb, and one other I cant mention but she understands why, and Ms. Deloris Peevyhouse, my wife in law Kimberly Wallace Keele (who would move in or move me to her to be my nurse) lol not something i want but so honored and appreciated, and many others that i know i have failed to mention but they all have blessed me and humbled me and made me cry, and finally being able to laugh at things I havent laughed about in a long time, my friend/nurse Deborah and my new pa Christy Lankford who has gone above and beyond to help figure out what is going on, for school friends that still are there in my life even from a distance, Diane Patterson and Anne Terry, for the inspiring posts people have shared that help me get up each day with a determined purpose that Im gonna do something that day for someone else, to God most of all for what Hes taught me and showed me during these last three months, and finally for the patience and understanding of Haskel North and our daughter Sierra who know id be up and doing not lazy laying around. Thats just three days and what I can recall. Tomorrows wont be as long because it will be just one day so thank you for bearing with such a long post. Believe that this is one blessed child of God and I take not one blessing, one act of kindness, one single day that God wakes me up or the people Hes placed in my life for granted. I am truly overwhelmed to be so loved and blessed and I can only give God the thanks, glory, and praise for it all. Have a blessed and awesome Thursday everyone! !!!!
