January is Tax Return time. I have done mine BTW. Question for those doing Rent to Rent. It is MY belief that Rent to Rent is a fee-based Self Employment, NOT income from property, if you are using a MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT, whereas its Income from Property if you are using what I term nested tenancies (i.e. you have a commercial lease agreement with the landlord, and then let to the tenants with you wearing the landlords hat). Would the (other) accountants on here please consider this, and comment? Thanks.
