Japanese & Cantonese-Speaking Officer (S$2200-2700, 5days work week, Kaki Bukit) This candidate will be hired to handle the company overseas business operations and activities, including adjustment and collections matters from overseas customers in Japan, Hong Kong and GuangZhou physically (therefore need to be able to speak both Japanese and Cantonese languages fluently) •Maintain, key-in and update information in the computer system after talking to overseas customers through email / phone •Handle payment verification and details with banks to get payee’s details Job Requirements: •Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, account receivable or customer service experience, able to speak fluent Cantonese as well as Japanese (JLPT 1 / 2 / N1 / N2) to communicate with Japanese or Cantonese-speaking customers in Hong Kong as well as Japan •Mon – Fri, (8:30am – 6:15pm) at Kaki Bukit •Salary: S$2200-2700 X Up to 16 months of salaries a year •Able to commence work immediately or short notice •Candidates must be able to type Japanese / simplified or traditional Chinese characters into the computer system as and when needed to communicate with customers through email We thank you for your interest in this position, applicants with relevant experience please send Microsoft word resume with expected salary to [email protected] for faster processing, alternatively, please visit facebook/MachspeedHR for more jobs available, thank you.
