Jared taking about fatherhood and family at his meet and greet at #DallasCon (from a fans report): Jared talked about how he tends to get anxious about his responsibilities- how many people depend on him and Jensen for their livelihoods because of the show, how it really comes down to the two of them doing well to keep it going, the pressures of being a father. It all gets to him at times, even to the point that he can’t sleep. So for his birthday and Father’s Day, Gen bought him a watch with some of the lyrics to Just Breathe engraved on it. He got rather emotional at that point, and said “I’m going to start crying.” He got up and walked around a little bit, then came back and said that that was also the song he heard the first time he held Thomas, and that Gen had also bought him watches to celebrate Thomas and Shep being born.
