**Jared the Galleria of Jewelry SCREWED me** We purchased 2 engagement rings and 2 wedding bands in the same year. After having my engagement ring for less than 1 year the main stone cracked. Jared, conveniently, has no record of my first (and only) inspection record and therefore will NOT replace the stone. Apparently going in and requesting an inspection, like I did, is not enough. A supposed customer service supervisor told me I should have sat down and formally requested a 6-month inspection. The same supervisor told me that it was MY responsibility to make sure it was documented in their record. I was unaware that as a customer I was to be informed of employee responsibilities. I am now somehow being held accountable for that employee who failed to do their job with documenting my inspection. Jared takes no responsibility for this. Oh yeah, they only found the crack in the main stone after I brought my band in for a missing diamond. Funny thing is, this was the 2nd band I had with them and the 2nd time a diamond fell out. Yes, in less than 1 year I had 2 different bands that both lost diamonds and my main stone cracked. At this point I have been told I have 2 options, give Jared more money to fix their faulty product or take my ring back and void the warranty. Either way Jared makes a profit and I get screwed.
