Java Web Developer Please make sure you fulfill the criteria 4-8 yrs with a very high paying company SKILL REQUIREMENTS This role which we are hiring for requires you to have experience in the following areas: • MVC concepts and its’ Struts implementation • Create Struts forms and action classes, apply validation rules and conditional navigation • Use Tiles framework for view composition • Demonstrate ability to integrate Struts with Spring and Hibernate • Web development experience in a commercial environment • Hands-on experience on XML, JSP and AJAX • Very clear concepts of technical UI layer elements like HTML, JavaScript and CSS • Worked on projects using IDE integrated with SCM (Source code management tools like Clearcase, SVN, PVCS) and application server • Hands-on experience of remote web application debugging from the IDE (RAD, WSAD, Eclipse) • Ability to write, execute and debug unit test cases (JUnit, Struts Test Case) Business Knowledge: Financial services domain experiences would be a plus.
