Javic Homes, a Custom Home Builder in the Tampa area is looking for a Jr. Designer. Please see the list of requirements below. Jr. Interior Designer Responsibilities: · To meet with clients and assist them with the selection of interior and exterior finish for custom homes; · To manage the selection process to ensure timely decisions are made and facilitate vendor meetings when needed; · To document, quote and get approvals on all finish selections; · To facilitate the transfer of approved selections to the Construction Managers and assist them during construction with items that arise and/or need clarification. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience with residential design; Bachelors degree in Interior Design or a related field; Strong time management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously; Concise and articulate written and verbal communication; Ability to work both independently and in a team environment; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, reading and understand blue prints and has working knowledge of CAD.
