Jax and Norma have some shelter friends that need your help. Here is their story... DONATIONS & SHARES PLEASE!! We need your help getting Bella, Maxine, & Elsa healthy & ready for their happily-ever-afters. The vet bills are going to be high but we know we can do this with your help! Their full stories are contained in the fundraising link along with more pictures and copies of the estimates from the vet, which total $3260. Here is a summary, though. Please remember that every $1 and every share gets them closer to the health & happiness these three gems so deserve!! BELLA was in a shelter for all of her 7 years until last month. Bella is embracing her new life in a home as a cherished family member. But Bella has a few health issues. Bella has quite a lot of arthritis in her hips and hind legs and the strain of pulling herself up has caused a hernia that needs to be repaired to make Bella comfortable. We have gotten her on arthritis medications to prevent reoccurrence after repair. Bella also has 2 cysts on her eyelids that need to be removed and needs dental work too. Bella is otherwise a very healthy girl. We want her to be feeling well to enjoy her new life! She wants it and deserves it! And now is the time to do this before she gets any older. MAXINE -- Maxine was found as a stray and spent several years in a shelter waiting for a family to call her very own. That is almost all behind her -- Maxine has a committed adopter. But before she can go home, Maxine needs dental work, including having a few teeth pulled. They are badly rotted and need to come out before they cause infection throughout her body. It is amazing that she never showed this either by changes in eating & drinking or her disposition and playfulness because she is definitely experiencing pain. Maxine also needs to be vaccinated and microchipped. Lets get Maxine home! ELSA spent the past 4 years living under a porch and in a bush! Elsa is definitely in bad shape -- she has an infected ear wound that needs to be drained & cleaned. Because Elsa is semi-feral it is difficult to know the full scope of her issue, but we do know that surgery is needed to address it as well as to explore whether more is going on there. The vet believes she must be in a lot of pain. Elsa also has fur that is severely matted and needs to be snap tested and vaccinated. https://youcaring/pet-expenses/a-better-future-for-bella-maxine-elsa/289228
