Jax has been untouched for literally 2 years now, Riot just nerf his early game already by a small margin since hes supposed to be late-game oriented with a sub-par early game that you have to play properly in order to become a threat in the game. Nerfing the base stats on him and buffing his stats per level would be a good step in the right direction, because right now Jax starts off with more 48 health, 2.5 more armor, and 3.45 more Attack damage than the King Crocodile of early game, Renekton. (Also I just found out Jaxs E reduces AoE damage taken by 25% which is also pretty ridiculous) ~Jess
