Matt Morgan of Dallas, Texas passed away Sunday, November 23, 2014 in Dallas, Texas at 34, years of age. He was born Jay Matthew Morgan on June 30, 1980 in Mount Pleasant, Texas to Frankie “Pat” and Suzan Bell Morgan. He is survived by his mother, Suzan Bell Roberts of Mount Pleasant, Texas; daughter, Jordan Ashley Morgan of Mount Pleasant, Texas, brother, Jon Morgan of Shreveport, Louisiana; sister, Robyn Morgan of Mount Pleasant, Texas; nieces, Makayla and Madalyn Morgan both of Mount Vernon, Texas; nephews, Tryston Holbrook of Mount Pleasant, Texas and Preston Morgan of Shreveport, Louisiana; aunt and uncle, Jeff and Karen Bell; and numerous cousins. He is preceded in death by his father, Pat Morgan, grandparents, Arnold and Dorothy Bell and C.L. and Mildred Morgan. A Graveside service is scheduled for 11:00 AM Friday, November 28, 2014 at the Hickory Hill Cemetery in Mount Pleasant, Texas. The family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Wednesday evening at the funeral home.
