Jay Rony, you are so appreciated and thank you for the position entrusted me with at La Beaute. Love the father you are to your lovely, well mannered girls. Always remember the daddy you are that would always have to go when your then five year old would want her daddy to put her to sleep. You would cut conversation off, attend to her and call back to discuss collaborating. You are amazing and how you juggle your service to country, protecting the Marines brand, running your empire of media outlets, being an endearing husband and a fully committed father blows my mind. You are another person who always covers what we at HAY are in need of when many reneged. I can only say thank you for your advice on how to command respect from many who just Tried It and a shoulder with ear to vent to when so much seemed to be stacked up against me on many occasions. Like all the other men I come to look up to in the community, you were and still always respectful, mentoring me on business and so proud of all your milestones along the way the past three plus years. Grateful to you and to your family for lending you to me and my brand. So humbled by your encouraging words and grateful to all your brands, colleagues who also were supportive and always being a number one supporter of all HAY does. Colleagues like you make me assured I am doing the right thing cause you will let me know when I am not in a passive, non-judgmental let me learn kind of way with that fatherly hand behind my bikes(HAY Online) seat while I learn to ride a bike without training wheels kind of way. Thank you to you, your daughters and most importantly your wife for lending you to many who are blessed by you and to know a man of character like you.
