Jayce update: Hello friends and family just wanted to let you know what has been going on today. If I repeat myself or ramble I apologize. It has been a looong day. Fell asleep at about 2:30 this morning because I could not go to sleep until I knew that my brother Richard was ok. He was part of of that standoff in Lincolnton last night. Most on you know that he is a detective for the Lincoln County Sheriff. Mayra texted me at 4:45 telling that Jayce had a blood clot and the it was not good. I talked with her and prayed for Jayce until about 5:15. As soon as it got light outside I took off to Winston Salem. When I got to hospital Mayra told me that Jayce had lost a LOT of blood. I was in shock to learn how much. It floored to o find out how much!!!!An echocardiogram o his heart was done and it showed a hole in his heart. Medication is helping him sleep as well as trying to correct the problem. The doctor said the next 48 hours would determine if the meds were correcting the problem if not surgery would be needed. Asked everyone to say a pray for him. Left to come home at 2:00 pm. Got home by 4:00. Called Joey to get an update. He told me that Jayces oxygen level/breathing was much better and that his platelets had doubled. What a mighty God we serve!!!!The power of prayer is amazing!!! I cant say thank you enough to all of you for your prayers and words of encouragement. We are truly blessed to have all if you in our lives!!! Praise and honor do I give to the great Physician Jesus!!!! What mighty God we serve!!!!! Love yall!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
